Singing

So, if you remember I have a lot of siblings.  This means that I'm not by myself very often.  Sadly this has taught me to easily tune things out.  However, lately I have had more time alone.  So for a senior in highschool alone at home, what does she do.  Usually I end up watching an old Disney movie, or reading a book, (this is of course after I've finished my English homework).
One of my favorite things to do though  is to sing.  When people are at home they usually have their own things to do and want you to just be quiet.  But when your at home alone you can sing as loudly as you want.  I might sing anything, I could be listening to music and singing along with it, or I'll just think of a song and start.  What's great is that people won't hear when you totally mess up.  And they won't care that you didn't hit that high note.  Or that you're singing a little later then the music because you aren't sure of the words and have to wait for the singer in the band to sing them.
I really like to sing.  I sing in my church's youth band which is really fun.  But something that I always want to try, but never seem to do, is sing like Judy Garland.  I'm not trying to sing like her as much in voice as in style.  I just think the style of singing in the forties was really fun, and interesting.
I know this isn't a very long post, but I just felt like writing it.
