But I Wanna

Do you ever have that feeling that you just have to erase everything you have written and start over... well this is the product of that feeling.
Today I'd like to write a list, a list of some the things I want.
  • I want to wash my hair
  • I want to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender
  • I want to be a firebender
  • I want to eat chocolate
  • I want to eat spaghetti
  • I want to exercise
  • I want to be lazy
  • I want to be the main character's friend in a t.v. show, (they usually deal with less drama while   being awesome and having cool back stories, while also being able to offer sage advice to the main character)
  • I want to remember what it is that made being a kid so fun
  • I want to become a responsible adult
  • I want to watch a Disney movie in pajamas while eating ice cream
  • I want to climb a tree and sing
  • I want to draw whatever I feel like and it look amazing
  • I want to run without getting tired
  • I want to jump (not fly) into the clouds and eat them like cotton candy
  • I want to swim like a fish
  • I want to live in reality
  • I want to dance in a fantasy world
  • I want to keep going with this blog
  • I want to be done
  • I want people to read this
  • I want people to enjoy it too!
Well these are some things that I want, but as I wrote them I thought of lots of things I didn't want, but those should probably wait for another day.  If I use up all my blogging ideas at once, you guys would get a huge bash of blogs and then none for months.  *Blegh* I should add that I want to be a good blogger.

A Little Poem

Standing in line with little patience,
Trying not to grumble about people's nonsense,
And finally getting it, the
Reward you paid dearly for.  So you sit.
Becoming used to your surroundings doesn't seem like it will take long.
Until you realize the noise resounding like a gong.
Carefully ignoring it doesn't seem to work.
Knowing it is there makes you irk, but
Somehow inthe end you're relaxed and happy.

Singing

So, if you remember I have a lot of siblings.  This means that I'm not by myself very often.  Sadly this has taught me to easily tune things out.  However, lately I have had more time alone.  So for a senior in highschool alone at home, what does she do.  Usually I end up watching an old Disney movie, or reading a book, (this is of course after I've finished my English homework).
One of my favorite things to do though  is to sing.  When people are at home they usually have their own things to do and want you to just be quiet.  But when your at home alone you can sing as loudly as you want.  I might sing anything, I could be listening to music and singing along with it, or I'll just think of a song and start.  What's great is that people won't hear when you totally mess up.  And they won't care that you didn't hit that high note.  Or that you're singing a little later then the music because you aren't sure of the words and have to wait for the singer in the band to sing them.
I really like to sing.  I sing in my church's youth band which is really fun.  But something that I always want to try, but never seem to do, is sing like Judy Garland.  I'm not trying to sing like her as much in voice as in style.  I just think the style of singing in the forties was really fun, and interesting.
I know this isn't a very long post, but I just felt like writing it.

A Little Leah

In two days my favorite niece is going to turn nine months old.  She is one of the cutest little babies you'll ever see, and that's not just because I'm her aunt.  She's just started crawling around and she enjoys imitating people's words.  She has the sweetest smile, and an adorable laugh.  And because I love her I want to show her off.  So here are some pictures of my niece, Baby Leah.

Alright, I admit it.  I saw my blog deadline was tonight and kind of panicked ending up with this.  A cute baby can get you out of many sticky situations, unless the child created that sticky situation.

One...Two...Three......MUSKRATS!!!

The Saturday before last, the 15th, I went to my third softball tournament.  The softball tournaments aren't between "real" softball teams.  It's when a bunch of different Youth Groups come together to see whose church will win.  Last year we left the tournament in third place, first and second tied.  However, because our church usually organizes the Summer and Winter camps, and we have a pretty good dodge-ball team, we seem to have a reputation.  Everyone assumes that we are going to do well and so they usually plan to try and crush us.  This kind of makes me nervous, but since I love softball I didn't mind too much.
We had some pretty good players on our team, so I wasn't worried about getting last place, but I wasn't expecting us to be very good either.  Plus I had just started practicing as first baseman only two weeks (two and a half practices) before.  My hand had gotten pretty bruised up right under my left index finger.  I had crocheted a half glove to try and cushion it a little but it didn't do much to help.  During the first game, my coach/youth pastor gave me a batting glove to put on underneath my mitt.  So I then had three gloves to put on before I was ready to play.  I never had to ask to have more time though.  I would have my hand made half glove in my mouth while I put on the batting glove, then I'd put the half glove on, then my mitt.  I would still be pushing it on just as the pitcher got ready to throw the ball.
I really like first base, not only because I got to catch those really fast balls in order to get someone out.  But I got to make friends with all the runners who stopped by my base.  I got to laugh with some of the players, or I'd just say good job.  In order to not have bad sportsmanship, I usually try to pay attention to the things people do and genuinely tell them good job.  I think this is actually something that isn't good, because at one point I ended up congratulating someone on catching me out.  I just kind of said it right after it happened so I felt a little embarrassed afterwards, but I was glad for him.
If your still reading this, your probably wondering how my team did.  It was a double elimination tournament, we won the first two games.  They were spaced pretty far apart, so we had a little too much time for resting.  On our third game we lost the the co-winners of last year, we'll call the Blue team.  We were kind of sad after that loss, but we kept trying.  Our fourth game is where it got interesting.  I think we were tied up when one of our outfielders and our shortstop collided.  Turns out the outfield sprained his ankle.  This helped boost up our energy and team spirit and we were able to win the game.  Then there came our last game, which was with, yet again, the Blue team.  They were unbeaten, and we had one loss.  Because were weren't going to play another two games in a row, it meant that if we beat them this game we could be co-champions.  But if we lost they would be solo champions.  It took all we had, but we were able to beat them in the end.  So we became the co-champions of the 2014 softball tournament.
It was fun that we got to win when I really expected us to be in third or fourth place.  But it was really fun anyways.  Whether we won or lost, it was a really fun day.

Teenagers... *Pffft*

So, I haven't actually written something specifically for this blog in a long time.  Most of the other posts are different school assignments and pictures.  Today I was thinking of just doing some rambling.
I have been feeling recently like writing something stupid, silly, and teenagerish lately.  I probably won't but I just want you to know that I've been thinking about it.  I want you all to remember that I am just a teenager girl, I might be on the older side of teen, but I am still young and silly.  I can still get away with making these <|=0 ) in my homework and my teachers will probably smile at it.  I'm starting to get my wisdom teeth, which kind of scares me.  Will people now expect me to somehow matured from this.  Will they be asking me questions because they think I am now a wise knowledgeable person.  Probably not, I don't really have the whole "I'm a Knowledgeable Person" look down yet.  But I'll keep trying.
I'll just keep going on and on.  Although I'm a teenager, I am not on the Face of Books very often.  I get some of my school assignments on there, so when I do go on it's usually for that.  However, I do spend to much time on Polyvore and Instagram.
I like pizza, ice cream, penguins, painting, singing, playing the violin, pie crusts, shoes that fit, books, chocolate, sleeping, bowling, actually getting my homework done early, Disney movies, and quoting movies.  And that's my life, except I don't usually get my homework done early.
That's all for now folks, see choo laters...

Oops... *Nervous Laughter"

Hey guys, I'm finally back.  I was gone for awhile, but I'm here now.  I'm not going to make any silly promises about me writing more often, I'll write when I write, and that's all I got.
I'm going to just post some pictures now, and hope you like them.

My youngest brother.

On a morning run (bear in mind that a "run" is really just a walk/jog).
